Garden of Eatin' - Need some healthy chips for your kiddo's lunch or a great, healthy, natural snack for those football parties and holiday gatherings with the family? Then you have found it in the Garden of Eatin' snacks. The colors are so fun for kids to pull out and dip. The dark bluish purple chips are perfect for the fall.

Glad - Everyone needs plastic snack bags! The great thing is these days they come in all sorts of sizes and are perfect for packing sandwiches, snacks or even freezing your leftover dinners. Send Glad a nice email and hopefully they will send you come coupons for these very expensive essentials.

Healthy Choice - These may not be what your kids want to eat for lunch but I know you will enjoy these frozen lunches. They are easy to pop in at work and our perfect when you are worn out on the turkey subs. Not to mention they are quick for those on the go...yes, I know you hit the snooze button as much as I do!

Hostess - Need an afternoon snack, maybe bread for your son or daughters favorite PB&J sandwich. Look no further. Contact Hostess and request some sweet coupons to be mailed to you. Maybe you will get lucky and receive a freebie. I love those.

I also wanted t leave you with a few "nuggets" of knowledge to ensure your getting off on the right foot!

• Usually coupons that are directly mailed by the manufacturer to you have a longer amount of time before they expire (like 3 or 6 months, sometimes even a year).
• Keep in mind you want to use any coupons you receive when the item goes on sale. This will maximize your savings when purchasing lunch products for the family.
• Not all of these manufacturer's will respond the way you want. Some may mail your a good handful of coupons, some one and some none. Some may point you to a Facebook page instead but it is always worth a shot.
• Be thankful! Manufacturer's do not have to offer coupons to consumers, they do to remain competitive. Anytime you receive a coupon from a manufacturer it shows a little insight into their character.
