Finger Lickin' Good Football Food - Day #3: Buffalo Chicken Dip

Day #3 is one of my favorites! I could eat an entire dish by myself. You serve this up with tortilla chips, celrey and crackers for the perfect game day snack. My dad makes this in a crock pot but mine goes in a baking dish.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients:
2 - lg cans chicken
1 - 12 oz block cream cheese
2 - cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 - small bottle buffalo chicken dip
1 - cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
1 - cup chopped jalapenos (optional)

Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. While oven is pre-heating, mix chicken and cream cheese in a large bowl until well blended. Fold in shredded cheese, reserving 1/4 cup for topping. Add ranch or blue cheese dressing and 3/4 the bottle of buffalo sauce and mix well. Pour chicken mixture into 9 x 12 baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of the dip. Add jalapenos if desired. Sprinkle with remaining buffalo dip. Place in oven and bake for roughly 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Let stand for a few minutes to thicken and serve with tortilla chips.

Yummy! My tip is to make only half topped with jalapenos, this will take the heat out for those who don't like it too spicy!
