So I have a few good recipe's to share from some of our clippers! Please enjoy.
Sweet Bacon Wrapped Conecuh Sausage
Submitted by Kristin
Ingredients:
1 - pkg Conecuh Sausage cut into pieces 1 - pkg bacon
3/4 - cup brown sugar
Toothpicks
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. While oven is preheating, wrap each piece of sausage with a piece of bacon, using toothpick to secure in place. If you cut you conecuh into smaller pieces you can cut your bacon in half to increase the amount you have to use. Place bacon wrapped sausage in baking dish. Sprinkle with your brown sugar. Place in oven and bake until bacon is cooked through.
